- Estimated delivery times vary based on your location within Canada. On average, orders arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If the package can't be found and is confirmed lost, you can choose between a full refund or having the items resent at no extra charge
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
