Thank you for shopping at Think & Toy! We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

General Return Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@thinkandtoy.ca within 14 days of the delivery date. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how and where to send your package.
    • The item should be dispatched within seven days following the confirmation of the return request. Please send us an email containing the confirmation/tracking number for the shipment.

Return Shipping:

    • The customer is accountable for both the payment and coordination of return shipping to our business. We highly recommend using a trackable mail service when sending items back to us, as we cannot accept liability for damaged or lost return shipments.
    • Think & Toy retains the right to decline returns that do not adhere to the specified return conditions

Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

2. Returns for Damaged Items:

Damaged Item Eligibility:

    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team via email at info@thinkandtoy.ca within 7 days of the delivery date to report the issue.
    • Please provide your order number, name of the item you wish to return and and picture of the damaged item.

Return Process for Damaged Items :

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how and where to send your package
    • The item should be dispatched within seven days following the confirmation of the return request. Please send us an email containing the confirmation/tracking number for the shipment.
    • Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement item or offer a refund, as per your preference.

3. Price Adjustment Policy :

At Think & Toy, we strive to offer transparent and fair pricing for all customers. We provide price adjustments on regular purchases; however, certain major sale periods are excluded.

Regular Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale on our website, we are happy to refund the difference within 14 days of your original purchase. 

Black Friday Price Protection
During major sale periods—including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year (Holiday Sale)—we do not offer price matching or price adjustments.
However, purchases made within 72 hours before the start of our Black Friday sale are eligible for a refund of the price difference upon request.

Major Events Not Eligible for Price Match
Price matching and price adjustments are not offered during:
• Black Friday
• Cyber Monday
• Christmas & New Year (Holiday Sale)
